The best thing about the PC backups that I perform is that they are not only full backups of your Windows instillation and programs, but they can be complete and total backups of all your emails, files, pictures, music, anything you can't afford to loose. The backup can be stored on the client's mass-storage device or in some cases on a DVD. I can even store the image files for you with a Service Agreement.
If you ever need it, this backup can be restored in about an hour and includes your programs, settings and files. Whichever backup solution you choose, you can have the peace of mind knowing that your data is safe, and your PC can always be restored to working order. Most backup services can be performed on site in about 2 hours.

As a business person it is critical to have support when it's needed, and not when it suits your technician's schedule.
